Ashley L. Hughes

Ashley L. Hughes is an associate with the firm practicing in its commercial and civil litigation group. Ms. Hughes has experience representing clients, as plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide range of cases, including contract disputes, securities matters, commercial real estate closings and foreclosures, intellectual property, employment disputes, and general business matters. Ms. Hughes also secures protective orders for victims of domestic violence through Atlanta Legal Aid and regularly serves as a judge for Georgia Tech’s Annual Ramblin’ Wreck Undergraduate Mock Trial tournament.

Ms. Hughes received her law degree from the Mercer University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, she served as the President of the Environmental Law Society, Vice President of the Mercer Technology and Intellectual Property Law Society, competed in the ABA Regional Negotiation and Arbitration competitions, and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Patent Law & Litigation. Ms. Hughes received her bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Political Science from Kennesaw State University in 2008 and 2010, respectively.

Ms. Hughes is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Sandy Springs Bar Association.
